Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment center in New York.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a second email containing tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, although processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or other periods of high demand.

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. BUTCH. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return, original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
